How to Use: 

1. Soak your feet in warm water for 5-10 minutes. For extra relaxation, add Epsom salts or essential oils to your liking. 
2. Pat dry your feet with a towel and determine which parts of your feet need the most tender loving care.
3. Use either side to remove dead skin on the heels or sides of your feet & use the other side to polish and smooth out the skin. 
4. Rinse off your feet with warm water & towel dry. 
5. Apply your favorite lotion to seal in moisture. 
6. We recommend using at least once a week to polish your feet for best results.
