Thank you for shopping at XM General Store. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, we are here to help.
1. Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. Requests made after 30 days will unfortunately not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
3. Return Shipping Costs

Free Returns: XM General Store covers all return shipping fees.

There are no restocking fees or return shipping charges for the customer, whether the return is due to customer remorse or a defective product.
4. How to Initiate a Return

Contact our customer support team at support@xmgeneralstore.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

If your return is accepted, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately at support@xmgeneralstore.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately at no extra cost to you.
6. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed automatically, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
