2. Order Timeline
Our delivery timeline is broken down into two parts: Order Handling Time and Transit Time.

Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (EST/GMT-5) every day. Orders placed after this time will begin processing the following business day.

Order Handling Time: 2 business days (Monday to Friday). This includes order verification, quality checks, and packaging.

Transit Time: 7 - 15 business days (Monday to Friday).
Total Estimated Delivery Time: 9 - 17 business days.
3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). You can track your package directly through our website or via the carrier's official tracking portal. Tracking information may take 24-48 hours to update.
4. Shipping Address Changes
We can only update or change your shipping address before the item has been shipped. If you need to modify your delivery details, please email us urgently at support@xmgeneralstore.com with your order number. Once the package is in transit, we cannot alter the address.
5. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you have not received it, or if it arrives damaged, please contact our support team immediately at support@xmgeneralstore.com. We will work closely with the courier to resolve the issue and arrange a free replacement or full refund if necessary.
