Will this kit fit my CRV 2023?

Yes, it will fit Honda CRV left hand drive from year 2023 to 2025. There are leds for dashboard and doors, and saddle, cup holder, treble speaker, mid speaker, door handle, door storage box, footwell. 

How does this interior lights work?

The lighting is powered by car ACC(Need to find car fuse box and get 12 volts from the ACC). All wiring cable is hidden behind the dashboard in car. So you will get a clean interior after installation just like OEM.
